A subject you've enjoyed studying this semester
Hello, how have you been?
I haven't learned much in my online classes, or maybe, not in the same way as I used to do in person
and unfortunately this semester in the middle of a pandemic I have difficult subjects with very interesting topics.
The subject that i like most this semester is called "local climatology"
It corresponds to the study of the Climatology submitted to the local geographic factors,
it has a relationship with the human being where it takes a significant role
the human being not only modifies the climate but also is affected by it.
And then we do an analysis of what was studied and relate it to reality.
These data could not be understood if we did not first study the basics, for example, radiation, position of the sun, sunshine, among many other things that eventually lead to complex models that explain these data but at a local level, in a city. Issues such as air pollution, local wind breezes (how the wind affects the temperature of the city and even affecting what is known as heat island)
Even the architectural construction of a building affects the local climatology of the city we live in, the fact that we get shade or more sun, the fact that a certain material is going to be a container for radiation or not, affects our perception of the climate.
I like it because you can make a relationship of several things, everything is connected, like from something as local as your home is going to affect even on a global level.
The best thing about local climatology is having classes with Orlando, you learn too much. I hope we have a good grade in radiation work
ResponderEliminarI love clima just for Pamela Smith and her cat.
ResponderEliminarHi, I'd been better haha and I'm with Sofia, the best of clima is Pamela's cat
ResponderEliminarwow that subject looks very interesting
ResponderEliminarThis theme is really important in architecture too
